Gaming floor paging

Poker machine paging. Service, at the machine.

Members press a button at their machine; the right attendant is alerted instantly with the machine number, zone, and request type. Faster service, less walking, a more engaged floor.

Per-machine call buttons

Members request service from the machine they're playing — no walking, no waving.

Instant attendant alert

Pagers and wearables alert with the exact machine number and zone.

Faster response times

Attendants go straight to the right machine instead of roaming the floor.

Better member experience

Members stay engaged and comfortable while attendants come to them.

How it works

A press becomes 'Machine 47, Zone B'.

Each EGM gets a small wireless call unit. A press is tagged with the machine number and routed to the attendants assigned to that zone.

01

Member presses at the machine

A call unit on the machine or beside the chair broadcasts a UHF signal tagged with the machine number.

02

Routed to the zone attendant

The hub routes the alert to the pagers assigned to that zone, with escalation if it goes unanswered.

03

Attendant goes straight there

The pager shows the machine, zone, and request type — no roaming the floor, no guessing.

The alert lands here

Attendants get the machine, zone, and request.

Compact attendant pagers, wrist receivers, and wall displays show exactly where the call came from, so staff go straight to the right machine every time.

Battery-backed transmitters keep the floor covered, and dedicated UHF radio means it never competes with venue Wi-Fi.

  • Wrist receivers for mobile staff
  • Wall-mounted display screens for fixed stations
  • Battery-backed transmitters for reliability

Zone routing

Built for floors with hundreds of EGMs.

Casinos and large clubs run hundreds of EGMs across multiple zones. Becas routes each alert to the attendants assigned to the originating zone — and only escalates to a wider broadcast if the call goes unanswered.

That keeps the floor staffed efficiently, without bringing every attendant running to every alert.

  • Per-zone attendant assignment
  • Manager pagers for escalation
  • All-page broadcast for end-of-shift or emergencies
  • Configurable timeouts before escalation

Powered by Becas software

Compliance, audit, and member experience.

Gaming venues operate under strong compliance regimes. Becas software supports the operational and audit side: documented response times, service-event logs, and faster intervention when a member needs help.

From the member side, the experience is night-and-day better than waving down a passing attendant.

  • Per-call event log with timestamps
  • Response-time reports for audit
  • Service-attendant call history per machine
  • Improved member satisfaction and dwell time
