Loyalty, memberships & gift cards

Loyalty in every tap.

Customers earn the moment they pay, with the card or phone already in their hand. No app to download, no card to carry, nothing to fill in at the counter.

Earns with every tap

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Every way they pay is a way in.

No app to download, no card to carry and no form at the counter, so regulars earn from their very first visit.

  • Tap to earn

The card or phone they pay with is their membership. Each tap earns, and the card is known by a token, never its number.

  • In their wallet

A pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet shows their points and updates itself after every visit.

  • Join in seconds

On the terminal after paying, at the kiosk, from the QR code on their receipt, or with a mobile number at the counter.

From first tap to regular.

Meet Sarah. She never downloads an app or fills in a form.

  1. 01First visit

She pays, and her card earns.

Her flat white and banana bread earn 12 points, saved to the card she tapped. She hasn’t signed up for anything.

  2. 02Second visit

    Her card is recognised.

The moment she taps, the till knows her card has points waiting. Nobody asks for her number.

  3. 03Third visit

    She joins on the terminal.

After paying, the terminal asks if she’d like to join. She types her mobile number, and every point her card saved moves to her.

  4. 04A moment later

Her pass lands in her wallet.

It shows her points and coffee stamps, and it updates itself after every visit.

  5. 05Tenth coffee

Her reward comes off before she pays.

The till finds her free coffee and takes it off the bill. When rewards cover everything, the sale completes at $0.00.

  6. 06Five weeks later

If she goes quiet, it notices.

Her pass offers her a coffee on the house this week. You’ll see whether she came back, and what she spent.

Their loyalty card, in their wallet.

  • Scan or tap

Staff scan the pass, or the tap that pays finds it.

Automations

It brings them back on its own.

Set each one once. Messages go only to members who said yes, by text, email or their wallet pass, and every one can be stopped.

  • Welcome

A thank-you and a first reward, the moment they join.

  • Birthday

A treat that’s waiting in their birthday week.

  • Next visit

A code on today’s receipt that’s good for the next fortnight.

  • Quiet hours

Double points in your slowest hours, switched on for you.

Proof, not guesses.

Each campaign holds back a few members at random, so you see the extra visits and sales it made, not just the codes used.

Know who’s at the counter.

Every member’s visits, spend and usual order, on the till and in the portal.

  • “Your usual?”

One tap adds their usual order at the till, the kiosk or online.

  • Notes for the kitchen

With their consent, dietary needs print on their kitchen ticket.

  • Moments worth noticing

Birthdays and milestone visits show on the till, so your team can say so.

  • Lists that do something

Who can claim a reward, who’s gone quiet and who joined this month, each ready for an offer.

See what loyalty earns you.

Not just how many members you have: what they spend, how often they come back and what each offer brought in.

  • Returning customers, without sign-ups

Card taps alone show how many first-timers come back, and who your regulars are.

  • Day one, not day zero

Switch loyalty on and your regulars already hold points from their recent card payments.

  • Balances in Xero

Points and gift card balances are valued and sent to Xero for your accountant.

Private by design.

  • Tokenised

A card is known by a key that can’t be turned back into its number.

  • Two separate yeses

Joining is one choice and marketing is another, and every message can be stopped.

  • Theirs to delete

Members can see, correct or delete their details, and the deletion reaches every till.

More about loyalty.

Ask our team
Do customers need an app?

No. They earn with the card or phone they pay with, or with their mobile number. Their wallet pass and member page arrive by text message.

Does it work with Apple Pay and Google Pay?

Yes. A phone tap earns just like a card, and the pass lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

Do you keep card numbers?

No. A card is known by a token key that can’t be turned back into a card number.

How do customers join?

On the payment terminal after they pay, at the kiosk, from the QR code on their receipt, or with their mobile number at the counter.

Can our regulars start with points?

Yes. When you switch loyalty on, their recent card payments can be credited, so your regulars start with points on day one.

Can we keep our existing membership system?

That is the starting point. Tell us your loyalty, membership or gaming provider and we will confirm the available integration and scope.

What happens if the internet drops?

The till keeps earning points and signing up members, and catches up once it’s back online.

Do gift cards expire?

Gift cards sold in Australia must last at least three years. Ours do, with no fees after purchase.

Can one program cover all our venues?

Yes. Run one program across every venue, or one for each, with results for each venue.

Turn first visits into regulars.

Tell us about your venue and the customers you’d like to see more often. We’ll show you loyalty working on your own menu.
